Returns Before Download: digital products may be returned for a full refund as long as the product has not been downloaded. Once the download process has begun, the sale is final. To request a return, email orders@collagesoup.com with your order number. Effective for orders placed on or after June 11, 2026; earlier orders remain subject to the prior all-sales-final policy.

Technical Issues: If you encounter any technical problems or receive a defective file, please contact us at orders@collagesoup.com. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping: All products are digital downloads that can be accessed as soon as payment has been made. Upon checkout, you will receive an email with a link to download your purchase. Download links are valid for 14 days after purchase. If your link has expired, contact us at orders@collagesoup.com and we will re-send it.
