Three things fix almost every missing-library report — try these first.
- Seeing an old or empty page? Your browser may be showing a cached copy. Pull down to refresh on mobile, or hard-refresh on desktop (Cmd-Shift-R on Mac, Ctrl-Shift-R on Windows), then check again.
- Checked out with Shop Pay? Shop can sign you out on its own, which empties this page even though your files are safe. Sign back in above and your library reloads automatically.
- Checked out as a guest, or under a different email? There's no account to sign into — use the "Email me my downloads" form above with the email address you used at checkout.
