Paid products can be downloaded 6 times each. Your access doesn't expire, and it stays available even if we stop selling that product.

You'll also get download links in your order email — those work for 14 days. My Library doesn't expire, so that's the one to come back to.

Please save your files the first time you download them, to your computer or cloud storage. Then they're yours permanently and you won't spend a download replacing something you already own.

If your order was more than two weeks ago, that's almost certainly it — links in the order email expire after 14 days. Use My Library instead; it doesn't expire. Enter your checkout email and we'll send a fresh link.

If nothing arrives within 5 minutes, check spam, junk and promotions — and check your order confirmation for a typo in your email address.

Still stuck? A few things fix most download problems: try a different browser (Safari and Chrome handle large files differently), make sure your device has free storage, check your Downloads folder — the file may have saved without opening — and turn off any download or content blocker for this site. If a big ZIP stalls, restart and try again on Wi-Fi.

None of that? Email help@collagesoup.com with your order number and what happened. We'll sort it out — and a download that failed on our end never counts against you.

Most products are high-resolution PDF and/or JPG/PNG, made to work both printed and on screen. Formats are listed on each product page. Need something specific? Email us before buying and we'll tell you what's in it.

Yes. Our digital pages are made to be printed for personal use in collages, art journals, scrapbooks and mixed-media projects. Files are high-resolution so they print beautifully at home or at a print shop.

eBooks are curated, themed collections of collage-ready imagery — usually 50–110 pages — as a single PDF at a good price per page.

Page packs are smaller sets organized by theme, colour or era. Good for mixing and matching, or when you need one specific style.

Digi-Bites and Paper Bites are our small-format bites — quick, inexpensive, single-idea sets for when you just want one good thing to work with.

Our downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use — collages, art journaling, scrapbooking, mixed-media and handmade gifts. Each purchase covers one individual, so please don't share, resell or redistribute the files. If a friend wants access, we'd love for them to grab their own copy.

Digital products: instant. Download links arrive by email within minutes, and everything stays in My Library.

Physical products (washi tape, ephemera, stickers, kits, accessories): orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS from San Jose, CA. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the US.

We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM PT on a weekday, or before 1 PM PT on Saturday, go out the same day. Orders after cutoff or on Sunday ship the next business day.

Yes — free USPS shipping within the USA on orders of $100 or more. It applies automatically at checkout, and everything counts toward the total, including eBooks and other digital products.

We don't offer a separate express service. Physical orders go USPS standard, which usually lands in 3–7 business days within the US.

Need something by a particular date? Email help@collagesoup.com before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable. Ordering before the same-day cutoff buys you a day, which is sometimes enough.

Yes. Digital products are available worldwide with no shipping at all. For physical products we ship to the US, Canada, the EU, the UK and beyond — availability and rates appear at checkout based on your address.

Please note: duties, taxes and import fees are not collected at checkout. If your country charges them, your carrier will collect them on delivery, and they're the customer's responsibility. We'd rather you hear it here than at the door.

Once your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Use the link in that email, or just reply to it and we'll help.

Physical packs of vintage-style paper elements — labels, tickets, tags, postcards, decorative pieces — ready to use in collage, journaling, scrapbooking and mixed-media work. They ship from our studio in San Jose, CA.

No — you can check out as a guest, and you'll still reach your files in My Library using your checkout email. No account required.

A free account is still worth having: it keeps your order history and saved addresses in one place, and gets you into My Library without waiting on an email link.

If something went wrong technically — a broken link, a corrupted file, the wrong item — that's not a return, that's our problem to fix. Email us and we'll make it right whether or not you've downloaded it.

Applies to orders placed on or after June 11, 2026. Earlier orders remain subject to the prior all-sales-final policy.

We take returns on unused physical products within 30 days of delivery. Everything ships in a resealable bag, so open it and have a proper look — if it isn't for you, seal it back up and send it back unused in that same bag.

Email help@collagesoup.com first with your order number and reason, and we'll send a return authorization. Please don't ship anything back before you have one — we can't process returns that arrive unannounced.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

Arrived damaged or wrong? That's not a return — that's us fixing it. Tell us what happened and we'll make it right regardless.

If your order ships into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Email help@collagesoup.com and we'll take it from there.

Our paperbacks are sold and shipped by Amazon, so returns go through Amazon and follow their policy. Sign in to Amazon and start the return from Your Orders, or contact Amazon customer service. We're not able to process those returns ourselves.
