Official Rules — Collage Soup Washi Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

PerfectCity Corp dba Collage Soup, 5669 Snell Avenue #284, San Jose, CA 95123, United States ("Sponsor"). Questions about this giveaway may be sent to help@collagesoup.com.

2. Entry period

The giveaway begins on August 27, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on September 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this giveaway. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The prize can only be shipped to a mailing address within the United States. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to enter

During the Entry Period, visit the giveaway page on www.collagesoup.com, enter your name and email address, agree to these Official Rules, and submit the entry form. Entry is free; no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries are de-duplicated by email address, including variations of the same address (for example, address tags after a "+" sign, and — for Gmail addresses — differences in dots). Attempting to enter more than once using multiple email addresses, identities, or automated means will void all of that person's entries. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are void. Sponsor's decision on what constitutes a duplicate or automated entry is final.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: an assortment of Collage Soup washi tape with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of US $100.00. The specific assortment is selected by Sponsor. Total ARV of all prizes: US $100.00. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All costs not expressly stated as included are the winner's responsibility. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Odds of winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 2, 2026. The drawing is conducted by Sponsor, and its decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

The winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry, within three (3) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond to that email within seventy-two (72) hours with a valid U.S. shipping address. If the winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Entrants are responsible for ensuring the email address they submit is valid and monitored.

8. Privacy

To enter, you provide your name and email address. Sponsor uses this information solely to administer this giveaway — to identify duplicate entries, conduct the drawing, and contact the winner. Entry information is stored in Sponsor's customer system.

Entering this giveaway does not subscribe you to marketing email. Entrants are not added to Sponsor's marketing lists as a result of entering, and are excluded from marketing sends. You may request deletion of your entry information at any time by emailing help@collagesoup.com; a deletion request received before the drawing will remove you from the drawing. Information collected is otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

9. General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process or acted in violation of these Official Rules. If the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned for any reason — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failure — Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway and to select the winner from eligible entries received before the action taken.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason, or for any technical malfunction of any network, computer, or email service.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify, or any other platform on which it may be promoted. Entrants release each such platform from all liability arising from this giveaway.
