All digital products — including eBooks and individual page packs — are final sale. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we're unable to offer refunds on digital purchases. We encourage you to review product previews carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue (broken link, corrupted file, wrong item delivered), contact us at emilee.stone@collagesoup.com and we'll make it right.

We accept returns on physical products (washi tape, ephemera kits, accessories) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition.

To start a return, email emilee.stone@collagesoup.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions from there.

Our paperback books are fulfilled by Amazon. Returns are handled directly by Amazon and follow Amazon's return policy. Log in to your Amazon account and initiate the return from your order history, or contact Amazon customer service directly.

Absolutely. Email us at emilee.stone@collagesoup.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll resend your download link or deliver the file directly. We always make technical issues right.

Digital products: Instant. You'll receive a download link by email within minutes of purchase.

Physical products (washi tape, ephemera kits, accessories): Orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS from San Jose, CA. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. We ship Monday–Friday, plus Saturday for orders placed before 1 PM PT.

Our digital products are available worldwide — no shipping needed! For physical products, international availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your address.

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Track your package at usps.com, or reply to your confirmation email and we'll help.

Right after checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your download link. Click it to save your files. Downloads are also accessible from your account order history if you're logged in.

Tip: Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the email within 5 minutes.

2. Confirm the email address on your order is correct.
3. If you have a CollageSoup account, log in and visit your order history to re-download.

Most products are delivered as high-resolution PDF and/or JPG/PNG files, optimized for both printing and digital use. Formats are listed on each product page. Need something specific? Email us before purchasing and we'll let you know what's available.

Yes! Our digital pages are designed to be printed for personal use in collages, art journals, scrapbooks, and mixed-media projects. Files are high-resolution so they print beautifully on a home printer or at a print shop.

Our downloads are licensed for personal use only. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the files — each purchase covers one individual. If a friend wants access, we'd love for them to grab their own copy!

eBooks are curated, themed collections of collage-ready imagery — usually 50–110 pages — sold as a single PDF download at a great value per page.

Individual page packs let you buy smaller sets organized by theme, color, or era. Perfect if you want to mix and match or just need a specific style without committing to a full book.

Ephemera kits are physical packs of vintage-style paper elements — labels, tickets, tags, postcards, and decorative pieces — ready to use in collage, journaling, scrapbooking, and mixed-media art. They ship from our studio in San Jose, CA.

Some of our digital collections use AI-assisted tools as part of our creative process, always guided by our team's aesthetic direction and curation. We're thoughtful about how we use these tools — and we think you'll find the results just as beautiful and inspiring as everything else in our catalog.

One thing we love about the digital format: a digital collage book has a dramatically smaller environmental footprint than a printed one — no trees, no inks, no shipping emissions, and nothing ends up in a landfill. Beautiful art that's easier on the planet too.

Yes! Our downloads are licensed for personal and non-commercial use — collages, art journaling, scrapbooking, mixed-media, handmade gifts, and similar creative projects.

No account needed — you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you access your order history, re-download digital purchases anytime, and save your details for faster checkout in the future.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
