📘 Digital Downloads
All digital products — eBooks, page packs, Digi-Bites, printables and collage sheets — are delivered instantly. You'll receive an email with download links as soon as your order is confirmed, and everything you buy also appears in My Library.
Download email links
- The links inside your order email are valid for 14 days
- After that, use My Library instead — it doesn't expire
My Library
- Paid products: each product can be downloaded 6 times. Your access does not expire, and it stays available even if we stop selling that product.
- Free products: unlimited downloads, always.
Because paid downloads are limited, please save your files to your computer or cloud storage the first time. That way you keep them permanently and won't need to spend a download replacing something you already own.

Returns: Digital products may be returned for a full refund as long as the product has not been downloaded. Effective for orders placed on or after June 11, 2026; earlier orders remain subject to the prior all-sales-final policy. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final. To request a return, email help@collagesoup.com.
📦 Paperback Books & Supplies
Paperback books and art supplies purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's shipping policies, including delivery timelines and carrier options. Please refer to your Amazon order confirmation for details.

Physical products are shipped directly from Collage Soup in San Jose, California.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US
- We ship USPS. We do not offer an express or expedited service.
Order cutoff times (Pacific Time):
- Monday–Friday: orders placed before 2:00 PM PT ship same day
- Saturday: orders placed before 1:00 PM PT ship same day
- Orders placed after cutoff or on Sunday ship the next business day
FREE USA shipping on all online store orders of $100 USD or more (including eBooks and ephemera).
🌍 International Orders
We ship to the US, Canada, the EU, the UK and beyond. Availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your address.
Duties, taxes and import fees are not collected at checkout. If your country charges them, your carrier will collect them on delivery, and they are the customer's responsibility.
