What file format do I get?

Individual pages are delivered as high-resolution JPG images, sized to print beautifully at home on standard letter paper. Full eBooks are delivered as a single high-resolution PDF.

How do downloads work?

Downloads are instant. As soon as your purchase is complete, your pages appear in your My Library account, where you can download them right away — no waiting, no shipping.

Can I re-download my pages later?

Yes. Everything you've purchased stays in your My Library, so you can come back and re-download your pages any time you need them.

Should I buy a single page or the whole eBook?

That's up to you! If you only need one or two specific designs, single pages are the most affordable option. If you love a book's whole theme, the full eBook gives you every page at a better per-page value.

Can I use the pages commercially?

Yes — our license allows small-batch sale of new artwork you create using our pages (collages, junk journals, handmade art). What's not allowed is sharing, copying, or reselling our original artwork or files in their original format.

What is your return policy for digital products?

Digital products may be returned for a full refund as long as the product has not been downloaded. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final. To request a return, email orders@collagesoup.com. Effective for orders placed on or after June 11, 2026; earlier orders remain subject to the prior all-sales-final policy.
